Please RSVP no later than July 1.
YES!!! It is required that you book your hotel stay through our special room block on the travel tab link. If you book outside of the room block, you will have to pay a fee to attend all wedding events. There is a price matching option through our travel agent for hotel stay only. The prices of the resort fluctuates often and our room block guarantees the special rate through the RSVP date. Please reach out to Calli, info1@vibethrivetravel.com with any questions or concerns.
If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend.
Yes! This means all meals and drinks are included in the hotel stay. There are multiple bars and restaurants on property with different themes and al a carte menus. We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.
Yes! In order to travel to Mexico, your passport must be valid 6 months after your return flight (May 2026). If you need to renew or order a new passport, please do this promptly, as it can take multiple weeks.
The dress code for the Ceremony and Reception is Resort Formal. We will be on hard floors all evening. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants (no jeans or shorts). For women, a floor length or mid-length dress with heels or formal flats would work. We invite you all to join us in wearing our wedding colors, which include shades of green, beige/tan, black, and gold, but any neutral colors will do! For photos, we ask that you avoid vibrant colors and white. Our bridesmaids will be wearing olive green dresses and our groomsmen will be wearing black suits.
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults only event. The resort is 18+. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.
Although we can't predict the exact weather, temperatures in Cancun in November are typically around 80 degrees during the day and 70 degrees at night.
