Things To Do

Maine was the first place we lived together and loved exploring different areas. North Conway, New Hampshire was one of our favorite places to visit when we lived in Maine!

Downtown North Conway

Downtown North Conway has a lot of little shops that are along the main walking strip. It's right next to the Scenic Railroad train station.

Conway Scenic Railroad

38 Norcross Circle, Conway, NH 03860

This train takes you on a loop to look at the fall foliage. If interested, we advise looking to reserve tickets in advance.

Mount Washington Auto Road

1860 Mt Washington Auto Rd, Jackson, NH 03846

This is a little further away but if you have the time to drive up to the peak of the mountain we highly advise it! Just be aware that not all makes/models of cars are permitted to drive up to the top so check that out before you go! Also… if you are afraid of heights driving up to the top might not be as fun for you as it was for us!

Mount Washington Cog Railway

3168 Base Station Road, Mount WASHINGTON, NH 03589

Mount Washington also has a cogwheel train that can take you to the top of the mountain if driving up yourself isn't as appealing. We advise looking to reserve tickets in advance.

Hiking!

While we did not have the opportunity to hike in this area of NH, there are a lot of nice hiking trails that would be fun to do with the fall foliage. Here are several hiking trails that you can check out! Black Cap Trail Head, Echo Lake State Park, Green Hills Preserve, Diana’s Baths and Champeny Falls Trailhead
