What is the dress code?

Beach cocktail attire! Suit/blazer preferred for men; linen or lighter material more than welcomed!

What's with the sunset colors?

Answer

We promise we won't turn you away, but try your best! We had this idea everyone would look like the sunset except us. No pressure, but make our dreams come true :)

Can we stay at another hotel?

Answer

Short answer-yes. Medium answer-stay at our hotel so we can all be together! Long answer-If you stay off site, the resort has strict rules on when you will be able to arrive for the wedding festivities. This means we may not get to spend as much time together. There also will be a fee for a day pass to our hotel. Please keep this in mind when booking. You may want to stay at our hotel for the night of the wedding and then you can go to another!

Is there a cancellation Policy at the resort?

Answer

If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded.

Is there a payment plan with the resort?

Answer

To secure your reservation, PUEBLO BONITO will request a major credit card and will post one night of your stay at the time of booking. Payment plans are available but there is an additional fee.

Is there a shuttle from airport to hotel?

Yes, we have a private shuttle service setup. https://cabopink.com.mx/transportation/ Price shown is for a one way trip per person. Can we swim on the beach?

Answer

NO! Please do not try and swim in the ocean at our resort. The resort is located on a peninsula where the current is STRONG. You will see how big the waves on when you arrive. There is a shuttle to a sister resort "Pueblo Bonito Rose" that is included in your all inclusive stay. It is about 20 minutes away. There you can swim in the ocean and there is a beautiful view of the famous rock formations. FYI waves are still strong! There is a lifeguard but be careful!!
