She is the one who will be there for a spontaneous girls day and/or girls night out. As Barbara and Gwee got older she has taken more of the big sister role. Jose is the reason why Barbara and Steven met. It was at his Halloween party that caused them to meet, when Steven walked away from Barbara, after she confidently engaged the introduction. These two have known each other for 20 years and feels like a second family.

Noel and Barbara also met in retail. They both have big hearts that they wear on their sleeves. They have such a good friendship that, when either of them text each other, they answer immediately to the point that Steven can get jealous. He is Barbara's best gay friend and confidant.

Ivonne is the roommate and friend to Barbara since middle school. She has this ability to pull Barbara out of her comfort zone. They can be hyenas together, once they start laughing there is no stopping them. They enjoy having Johnny Depp movie marathons together.
