Yes. There are parking structures around Navy Pier, but they can be quite expensive. I'd recommend taking an Uber or Lyft. If using a cab, Uber or Lyft, have the driver take you to the Sable hotel.

Yes. There will be a ticket booth right by the boat (near the end of Navy Pier). They will give you a boarding pass once you provide your name.
