We’re Getting Married!!

Sasha and Steve met at a nonprofit treatment center, where Steve was working at the time and Sasha was completing one of her last rounds of clinicals for school. Sasha was working with the Psychologists, both of whom were close friends of Steve, and Sasha immediately became a big hit at the lunch table. Sasha caught Steve's eye from day 1. He knew she was only on campus 2 times per week for a limited time period so he had to make the most of every interaction. With a week left of her rotation, Steve hung everything on the line and asked Sasha on a date to go ice skating with him and grab dinner after. Sasha thought Steve might be a little cocky, asking a college hockey player to go ice skating, but she agreed to give it a try. Steve somehow managed not to fall that night. Sasha will tell you she was impressed with his ice skating skills, but the jury is still out whether or not she was being overly nice. The relationship grew from that special night!
