While our friendship has been short, it feels as if Jess and I have known each other our whole lives. Jess and I graduated from Millikin together with our bachelor's in Chemistry. Lab partners, study buddies, lunch date, listening ear, you name it Jess was and still is always there. Best part of going to Millikin was hands down finding my best friend.

Friendship wasn't an option for Megan as my oldest sister. From having to deal with me insisting on tagging along for all things when we were younger to now planning trips together, Megan has been an amazing sister and built in best friend. Megan is also the mother of the flower girl (Nora) and ring bearer (Mitchell).

Logan, is my oldest nephew. Logan and I are only a few years different in age. Although, it may have been fun to make him call me Uncle Steven or Sir, he truly was and forever will be one of my best friends.

Alicia is also my older sisters, and another built in best friend. Was was first to give me the title of Aunt Sami when her son Brady was born. With Alicia around there is never a dull moment, and you never know what is going to happen next. While most days we butt heads, she is there when I need her and the first person I would want to have my back in a fight.

Landon is my second oldest nephew. Although we weren't able to spend as much time together. The relationship was no different, than Logan and I. He definitely was the better behaved and more helpful with his younger siblings, between the two. Watching you grow up and become a great man, and father, has made me so proud.

Shannon and I met while working at Syngenta. She really wanted me to join her WERQ class that she teaches. Since then our friendship has grown stronger. Shannon is the best person to have in your corner to encourage you and push you to be your best. If you need anything Shannon is there.

One of the first times I can remember hanging out with Trevor, I was getting picked up by another friend and he was hiding under a pile of coats in the back seat. A few miles down the road, he gave me one of the top 5 scares of my life. Although scary, it was hilarious. Fast forward 10+ years. We're both married men (almost) and a part of each others wedding party.
