Please note that while using GPS navigation (Google/Apple maps) that there is spotty cell service on the drive to the venue which sometimes does impact navigation apps. Please make sure you know which roads to take prior to losing coverage. Once you are on US-26 stay on this for 41 miles until you hit OR-35N toward Hood River. Stay on OR-35N for 8.4 miles until you see Mt Hood Meadows Ski resort exit on the right hand side of the road. This is our venue!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, please arrive between 3:45-3:55pm to give yourself time to navigate to the ceremony location and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We kindly ask everyone to wear semiformal attire, suits and ties for men and dressy attire for women.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

June should be beautiful on Mount Hood; with bright sunny days and typical temperatures are 60-70 degrees with a cool breeze due to the leftover snow on the mountain.

Is the Wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both! We plan on having our ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the sun deck and our reception will be inside for dinner and a mix of inside and outside for activities after dinner.

Yes! The lodge will be closed to the public so the entire parking lot is available to park in

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We welcome everyone invited to our wedding to participate in the events surrounding the wedding. We are planning a welcome dinner on Friday evening before our wedding. Location TBD so please check back. We are also planning a farewell brunch that Sunday at Cooper Spur Mountain resort. So that we have an accurate count of who will be joining us, please RSVP for the event by March 31st
