Room Booking Details
To book your room, please click on the link below which will take you to our wedding travel website set up by the travel agency. You will be able to find all the information you need regarding room options, prices, and availability. Please note that all dates regarding deposit deadlines and payment deadlines are outlined on the booking site. Steps to book: 1) Visit of Travel Booking Website: https://steveandnathan.hola-weddings.com 2) Secure your room type - At the time of booking, there will be a $200 deposit required for the room. 3) Pay your second deposit - The next payment of $600 per person is due on July 3rd. If this deposit or any other payment is not made by the deadline, the rooms will be released back to the hotel. 4) Pay the final balance - The final payment for the remainder of your room balance is due September 6th.
Travel Note
Transportation from the Airport to the Hotel
Our travel agency has coordinated round trip private shuttle transportation (called airport transfers) from the Cancún International Airport to the resort at a rate of $129 per room. While you may end up sharing a shuttle with our other wedding guests, the shuttle is private to our group and is non-stop to the hotel. Feel free to explore other options for transportation if you desire.
