Do I need a car if I'm staying at the YMCA of the Rockies (but NOT at the Mountainside Lodge)?

Answer

Yes! The YMCA of the Rockies is a sprawling campus. The ceremony and reception sites, both located at the Mountainside Lodge, are a significant hike away from the rest of the YMCA's lodging. However, if you're choosing to stay with us in the Mountainside Lodge (see Accommodations), a car might not be necessary. Check out the shuttle option under Travel.

Can I take advantage of the YMCA's activities during my stay?

Answer

If you are not staying at the YMCA of the Rockies, you will need to purchase a day pass to use the facilities ($20 per adult, $10 per child ages 6-12, ages 5 and under are free). If you are staying off-site and do not want to use the facilities, there is no charge to enter the grounds for our wedding!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
