What is the RSVP deadline?

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The closest major airport to Littleton is Denver International Airport (DEN), which offers a wide range of flight options from cities across the U.S. It’s approximately a 45-minute drive to the area.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We recommend booking a hotel or vacation rental to make the most of your stay. We’ve reserved a block of 25 rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/Highlands Ranch at a discounted rate of $99 per night. For booking details and a direct link, head to the Travel section.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, plus-ones are only allowed if indicated on the RSVP form. If you’ve received an invitation to bring a guest, please be sure to include their name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love that many of you have little ones, but to keep things more intimate, the wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of our nieces and nephew who will be part of the celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal, so we kindly ask guests to wear cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits with a button-down shirt (a tie is optional). We want you to feel stylish yet comfortable while celebrating with us!

What are the transportation options to the venue?
Answer
Parking is available on-site for those driving to the venue. If you prefer to use a cab or rideshare service, we recommend scheduling both your arrival and return rides in advance to avoid any delays.

How do I enter the Roxborough Park Community?
Answer
At the community entrance, use the left lane and inform the guard that you are attending the Dearinger wedding. The wedding venue is on the lefthand side, shortly after the entrance.

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to arrive before 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and finding their seats. We’d love for everyone to be seated and ready to celebrate with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the ceremony taking place on a beautiful grassy area. Afterwards, we’ll move indoors for the reception to continue the celebration in comfort!

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
We’ll kick off the celebration with a cocktail hour featuring light snacks, followed by a full meal during the reception. An open bar will be available starting at the cocktail hour and continuing through the reception, with plenty of non-alcoholic options for those who prefer them.

Can I take photos or post on social media?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or taking pictures during the ceremony to allow everyone to fully enjoy the moment. However, you are welcome to take photos and share them on social media following the ceremony during the cocktail hour and reception. We can’t wait to see the memories you capture!

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you’d like to contribute in another way, you can find our backyard fund and registry items in the Registry section.

Can we give cash instead of a gift?
Answer
Your generosity means so much to us! A cash gift or contribution to our backyard fund would be truly appreciated as we continue creating our first home together. Thank you for celebrating with us!
