Helpful tips when booking! If you have any questions, please reach out to Maddie. -Guests of this wedding have full access to all room types at the hotel and can book directly at any time. -Check-in time is 4pm, so it’s always best to book the night before the wedding if you expect to have access to your room on the day of the wedding. -Once you click the link and select your dates, choose the room type you prefer. You will then see the Group Rate discount on the next screen. -The group rate will be discounted off of our fully flexible rates and will appear as (Group Rate). Please note that rates will fluctuate with occupancy. Booking sooner than later during high demand dates is highly suggested. -Saturday night requires a two-night minimum stay. -Dogs are allowed in all buildings, however not on the top floor. Please add your dog to your reservation at the time of booking. A $75.00 non-refundable fee per dog per stay will apply. -Please note, early check-in and access to your room may not be possible prior to 4pm. It’s highly encouraged to book your room the night before your event.
