IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal: Think suits and dresses with dress shoes and heels. Ties optional, however, encouraged to be worn on your head on the dance floor The grass is fake in most areas and there is gravel in others. Dance floor is waxed and ready for your heels, socks, bare feet, etc. Plan your shoes accordingly.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3pm, please arrive by 2:30pm. If you are taking the shuttle transportation from The Lakehouse Resort, please be ready for pickup at 2:00pm.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS?

Answer

No, these are suggested hotels based on distance from the venue. Keep in mind, we will provide shuttle transportation to and from The Lakehouse Resort as a majority of our guests will be staying there.

What are the transportation options?

Answer

- We highly recommend the shuttle from The Lakehouse Resort so you can enjoy yourselves without worrying about the darks roads. -Uber & Lyft do pickup from the venue however wait times are a bit longer due to the location, but, not impossible to call one. - If you plan to drive yourself, there is plenty of on-site parking. If you decide to take the shuttle home, you may leave your car overnight.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN MAY?

Answer

High 70’s during the day and low 60’s at night. We will continue to update as we get closer. We suggest bringing a jacket for when the sun goes down.

Although we love your little ones, this wedding is for the adults to play only.
