My sister who I describe as "way cooler than me". She always makes sure to keep the party going, while being one of the hardest workers I know. We've been friends as long as I can remember and now you might find us willingly hanging out or traveling together.

Sean

Best Man

Sean and I share many characteristics and life experiences. We first met when I transferred to Augustana College my Sophomore year. We bonded over similar interests in Notre Dame football and NBA 2K. In the over 10 years since, we worked a tax internship together, lived two years as roommates, ran club basketball, traveled, and just about everything in between. Kristin coined us the Bluetooth boys as we still keep frequent contact.

Ally and I waited until after college to be friends, but have been inseparable ever since. You can always find us laughing about nothing. We especially love having joint birthday parties whenever we live in the same city. She's known to move to Chicago "for a summer".

Brian Cree

Brian and I first met each other in our skateboarding days in middle school. We continued our friendship through high school playing baseball and daily shenanigans. Brian's house quickly became the hang out place where plenty of memories were made. After we aged out of the house, we still continue making great stories. There are probably few people that are as funny or personable as Brian. He is usually the first person you become friends with when entering a room of strangers.

Amy and I met while struggling to pass math classes in college. We kept close by getting the same job and got closer transitioning into the real world. She is so thoughtful and plans the best personalized activities, like a city wide scavenger hunt.

Carl

There are not many 100% guarantees out there in the world. One of the only exceptions to that is that Carl rules. Carl and I played football together at Augustana College where we also lived together for a year. Part of my mission through college was to get Carl out of his comfort zone. After college, I lived in Iowa and Carl lived close by. We continued hanging out even as I moved back to Chicago. I do not think you there is anyone as committed as Carl out there. Who has, more than others, dealt with my stupid jokes. He can do it all, be great dad & husband, finish school to be DNP, and be incredibly good looking.

One of the most thoughtful people I know and the first chef I've lived with. We've been friends since college and have shared some amazing memories like studying abroad together. Chrisanthe was adulting before I even knew the term.

Chris and I first met in our middle school days playing travel basketball. At Willowbrook we played basketball and track together. We stayed good friends through college as Chris played basketball at Elmhurst in our conference. I have never seen someone crank through office episodes like he can. Chris is a very trustworthy and committed person who you can always rely on. Someone who is a hard worker which shows in his career and relationships.

Emily

My friend since middle school, we first bonded on the soccer field. Emily has put up with me moving too many times and always welcomes me back in our hometown. When we get together you can probably find us at a brewery or eating pizza.

Dan

Dan and I first met during our days of football at Augustana College. We quickly grew a friendship and would later liver in a house together. Here we learned about Dan's talents to chug a beer faster than you can blink your eyes. Through college and post college we maintained a great friendship, I even became friends with some of his hometown friends along the way. Without question he is one of the most selfless and thoughtful people I have ever known. It shows in his friendships, marriage, and parenting.

My future sister in law who had to put up with Steven the longest growing up. Jackie loves to travel and always has a trip lined up. We share an appreciation for peloton and she's usually doing a ride when I log on.

Mike

Mike and I accumulated some of the most time together outside of Kristin and family. It all began on the first day of football freshman year of high school at Willowbrook. Through the years we built up a strong relationship including captaining our football team senior year. After a year apart, we lived together at Augie and continued playing football. Through the years we have built many memories both in athletics and in life.

Michelle

My work wife from DC and favorite person to make charts with. She is an amazing planner and even better friend. Michelle is the best mom to the friend group's tiniest member. She has a competitive spirit and I will always want to be on her team.

Mike "Fresh"

Mike "Fresh" is a true modern-day enigma. We go back to our Jefferson middle school days running the basketball court. I became quick friends with Mike and his twin brother Chris who coined his nickname Fresh. Someone that is always there to lend a helping hand, even if his "thirty minutes" really means one hour. We have had some great times through the years and continue to maintain a long-standing friendship. Even if some of those great times mean throwing it back to playing N64 with Cree & our friend Espo.

My future sister in law and ultimate crafting partner. She is the dog mom to Oreo, who may or may not hate Steven. I appreciate having Molly as my work next door neighbor to test the local happy hours.

Tj and I met playing the same position for football at Augustana College. We quickly made a good friendship which we maintained throughout college. The summer after college when I visited Augie, we were out at the bar discussing what our next steps in life were. We both happened to be staying in the quad cities so became roommates shortly after. For the next year and a half, we were each other's crutches on how to navigate becoming an adult, along with his now wife Ryen. We had some of the best times traveling and figuring things out. After moving back to Chicago, him and Ryen always gave me a reason to come back to Iowa.

Rachel

My first friend I met after moving to Chicago, Rachel and I share a love of hosting themed parties and keeping all our friends within a 10 minute walk. She is an incredibly thoughtful friend and just threw an amazing wedding in Chicago so I could steal all her tips.

My favorite youtube channel star and friend since elementary school. She is a natural entertainer, Steven especially loves her New York accent. She's always a phone call away, but I will never stop trying to get her to move to Chicago.

Kristin met Sam in grad school and has been reluctantly drinking malort with him ever since. He welcomed Steven into the Lakeview East community and they became fast friends. We knew he was the perfect person for the job due to his thoughtfulness and sense of humor.
