Are invitations required to attend?

Answer

Attendance for this event is strictly by confirmed attendance only. All guest were required to RSVP and receive a confirmation of attendance. Any person(s) arriving that have not received a formal confirmation of attendance will not be allowed to enter the event NO EXCEPTIONS

What time should guest arrive?

Answer

Guest can arrive as early as 2:15pm as seating will begin at that time. Seating will commence between 2:15pm and close at 2:40pm. Entry doors will close and lock to guest at precisely 2:45pm to prepare for the ceremony processional. Any confirmed guest that do not make seating times for the ceremony will be asked to return to their vehicle until the ceremony has ended. Guest will be allowed to enter after the ceremony prior to the reception activities beginning.

Pictures/videos during ceremony?

Answer

NO. Our ceremony is intimate and very special to us and we ask that guest please respect to not take pictures of videos during our ceremony. Please be advised that the event staff will be monitoring such activities. Any guest taking pictures or videos may be asked to leave the ceremony and return for the receptions

Parking and entry?

Answer

There is a designated parking area located behind the venue on Catawba Street. No vehicles are allowed to park on the street side parking beside the venue. Entry to the venue will be on the Street side of the building (back). No quest will be allowed to enter from the Main Street (front ) of the venue.

Website and RSVP links?

Answer

The website and RSVP confirmation links were only sent to the confirmed guests with specific names of the guest included on the RSVP. Unconfirmed guest cannot be added to the RSVP and will not be allowed to attend. If the confirmed guest listed on your RSVP has changed, please contact the wedding consultant as additional guest or changes will are not permitted without a approval of change being authorized.
