Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! ALL BLACK "Cocktail Hour" attire is preferred! "Cocktail Hour Attire" is semi-formal attire, being more elevated than business casual, but less formal than black tie. Our wedding theme is Black & White Classic Elegance—a celebration of timeless style and graceful simplicity. Feel free to reach out with questions!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, please arrive accordingly, 30 min prior would be ideal.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a charter bus available at the Red Lion Inn in Polson for transportation to and from the venue. There will be 2 time options to take this charter bus to and from the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP ASAP, but NO later than Monday August 25, 2025. Our vendors require final head counts a few weeks prior to the wedding, the sooner you can RSVP, the better we can accommodate your arrival.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at The Red Lion Inn & Suites, see Travel tab on the home page for the link, and details. Polson, MT is 12 miles from the venue. There are also a variety of hotels, VRBO, and Airbnb options in Polson to stay at.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Due to the capacity of the venue, your online RSVP will indicate the people in your party included in the invitation. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
