No. We appreciate your understanding of our decision to make the wedding children-free, and hope you take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Relaxed cocktail, please. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. But, not too loose... 😉

ARE BLOCKS OF ROOMS ON HOLD AT THE HOTELS?

Answer

Hotels would not allows blocks of rooms to be put on hold due to the holiday. Rooms fill up fast, especially in downtown Saratoga on New Years Eve, so if you would like to reserve one please do so as soon as possible.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Please arrive by 2:30 in the afternoon.

Please RSVP by December 5th.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony is located next door at the Spacial Dynamics Institute (the former Elementary School), 10 North Main Street, Mechanicville. Please follow "Event" parking signs. Parking is also available on the street. Parking for the reception will be plentiful, as The Elks Club has a very large parking lot.
