We’d love everyone to wear Garden Party Formal, with elegant yet comfortable attire fit for an outdoor celebration. Think florals, pastels, and light fabrics. For women, flowy dresses, midi or maxi lengths, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. For men, suits or dress pants with a button-up work great. We kindly ask that our guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or anything too close to the bride’s color.
We can only accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!
Everything from the ceremony to the lunch reception will be outdoors, surrounded by beautiful nature. We will be celebrating under the open sky, with the river nearly and plenty of fresh air. Since we will be outside, we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather. You may want to bring sunglasses or a light layer just in case.
There ceremony will begin at 10:30AM, please arrive no later than 10:15AM or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.
Please RSVP by August 10th
You will be missed! If you can’t attend our wedding please indicate it on our RSVP website so we can plan accordingly.
We love your little ones! If your kids are invited, their names will be included on the invitation. If you don’t see their names, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
There won’t be a traditional bar, but we’ve got you covered! We’ll be providing beer, hard seltzers, and some fun mixers for everyone to enjoy. Feel free to bring your own drinks if you’d like something specific.
The celebration doesn’t end after lunch! We’d love for everyone to stick around, relax, and enjoy the rest of the day with us. There will be plenty of space to hang out, whether you want to sit by the river, play some outdoor games, or just enjoy good conversation. Later in the evening we’ll have s’more by the fire, so don’t leave too soon!
Since we’ll be outdoors, consider bringing: - sunglasses, sunscreen, or a hat for extra sun protection - a light jacket or blanket in case it cools down in the evening - comfortable shoes for walking on grass and gravel - swimwear & towels if you want to dip in the river - fishing gear if you’d like to spend some time fishing - change of clothes to be more comfortable after the lunch reception
