When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by May 1st, 2023. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm but we recommend arriving a few minutes early to park and make your way to the ceremony space. Light refreshments will be served starting at 5pm.

Have you booked a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Yes! A block of rooms has been reserved at The Golden Plough Inn, just a short 4 minute drive from our venue. More information on how to book a room can be found under the "Accommodations" tab above.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and your venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will provide complimentary transportation between The Golden Plough Inn and Barley Sheaf. Shuttle Schedule: 4:55 - 5:15pm - from hotel to venue 10:45 - 11:15pm - from venue to hotel 12:30 - 12:45am - from venue to hotel If you would like to head back to the hotel prior to 11pm, we recommend checking Uber and Lyft. You can usually find a ride in the area!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free and plentiful at Barley Sheaf.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion!

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party.

Will your wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors!

Question

What time will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Answer

Our reception will end at 11pm. Join us outside immediately following the reception for an after party campfire, weather permitting.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Our ceremony will be taking place on a grassy lawn, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! If you plan to join us for the afterparty, please also consider bringing a sweater as it might get chilly at night.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
