Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to the ceremony. Plan on arriving between 12:00 and 12:15.

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal.

Yes! Please indicate any food allergies on your RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate.

How should I plan to travel from my accommodations to the reception?

Answer

If you do not plan on driving yourself to the reception, please schedule your Uber pick up from the reception in advance. With the Venue in a more rural area, advance scheduling is recommended. This will ensure you have transportation available back to your accommodations.

There is a block of rooms available at the Embassy Suites South Bend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Both the ceremony and reception have full sized parking lots available for our guests to use.
