Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be on site at the Woodcliff behind the hotel in a location called 'Lookout Point'. There will be golf cart transportation provided in front of the hotel, or if you prefer you can take a walk around the building to the overlook!

Where is the reception?
Answer
The reception will be taking place in the Woodcliff Event Center, located directly to the left of the Hotel.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time so you have enough time to be seated prior to the start. If you are staying overnight at the Woodcliff you can check in at 3:30 PM.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside so please keep that in mind!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We would like to give you a night of relaxation and fun! Our reception will be 18 and up only.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
We do! One of the best amenities of getting married at the Woodcliff is that there is a hotel on site. Please call 585-248-4810 to reserve a room using our discounted room rate 'Curatalo Coccia Wedding Room Block'. If you choose to stay the night join us for an after party and pizza at the Woodcliff's Horizon lobby bar!

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. This just means that we ask that all phones and devices are put away and on silent mode during our ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our ceremony and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. Feel free to take all of the photos you wish at the cocktail hour and reception!

When do I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 13th, 2022 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! Please RSVP 'will not attend'. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Kaila (585) 755-2112, or Steven (585) 490-4536.
