Due to the rugged terrain and other operations on the property, the owners require all guests to complete a waiver. Don’t worry—the venue is beautiful and safe! This is simply to ensure everyone stays within designated areas and avoids parts of the property with historic mine shafts or ongoing operations.
We’ll be providing shuttles by TelluRides. They will be picking everyone up at Ouray Brewing. Unless you’re staying with us at the venue, our contract does not permit guests to drive themselves. Luckily, Ouray is wonderfully walkable—so kick back, enjoy the party, and let us handle the ride!
Have you ever been to a Marsh or Bowser party? If you leave hungry, well…that’s your own damn fault. But seriously, Chef Chartier has an excellent menu of Korean BBQ Planned!
This will be an intimate celebration with an excellent photographer, so we kindly ask everyone to be present and enjoy the moment with us. Don’t worry—there will be plenty of time for photos around the beautiful property after the ceremony! (Yes, Julie and Carla, we’re looking at you 😉)
While we’d love to celebrate with everyone in our lives, our venue is limited to 40 guests. We’re so excited to share the day with those specifically named on the invitation who have kindly RSVP’d.
We recommend booking as soon as possible. While October isn’t peak season in Ouray, the area does see an influx of hunters, and in a small town rooms can fill up quickly.
The shuttle will pickup at Ouray Brewing at 3:30 pm—so don’t miss your ride! Per our contract, personal vehicles aren’t permitted at the venue.
“Mountain Formal” is the general theme. If you do a quick google search for Mountain Formal Wedding Guest Attire that will give you a fairly good guideline. The Ceremony will be outside (rain, snow, or shine) and dinner will be on the patio with tower heaters. We can move dinner inside if the weather requires it, but we will hope for the best (and maybe give into some superstitions as preventative measures).
