When seated at table, face coverings shall be worn until food or drinks arrive. —Food and drink can only be ordered from the table. And only wait staff can bring food or drink to seated guests. —Guests can only eat at their table. —Indoor wedding ceremonies are limited to 25 percent of the capacity of the room, but never be larger than 150 persons —Hand sanitizer should be available for guests. —Use single-use hand towels or paper towels for drying hands so guests do not share a towel. —Clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces and any shared items between use when feasible.
We request all guests follow black tie dress code etiquette. For Gentlemen: Black Tie is a dress code that consists of the traditional tuxedo and accompaniments - a black dinner jacket and matching trousers, an optional black formal waistcoat or black cummerbund, a white formal shirt, a black bow tie or alternatively a black long tie, black dress socks, and black formal shoes. For Ladies: Black Tie typically calls for a floor-length dress or gown. While cocktail dresses can be an appropriate option for black tie, long dresses tend to be a more elevated choice. Selecting a refined dress that features a simple and feminine silhouette and an elegant colour, such as black, will help you nail the etiquette of this dress code.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
We're so excited to be surrounded by our loved ones on the most magical day of the year! And we know how important it is for those celebrating with us to have their loved ones with them too. If we may have missed your special someone, please contact Gillian to see if they can be accommodated!
Of course! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels and tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BetrothedToBelfi. Our only request is that you respect and be mindful of the photographers doing their job. If you are seated on the aisle during the ceremony, please do not obstruct their view with your body or your phones.
