What is “Classy Cowboy”?

"Classy Cowboy" is our wedding dress code that elegantly blends formal sophistication with western charm. We invite our guests to dress in formal attire within our vibrant color palette of bright greens, pinks, and light blues. Ladies are encouraged to wear tea-length or floor-length dresses featuring ruffles, florals, and satin-y fabric. While cowgirl boots are welcome, our fully paved venue also allows for comfortable heel wear. Gentlemen should opt for a suit—with or without a tie—and avoid jeans or sneakers. Cowboy boots and hats are heartily encouraged for everyone to embrace our theme. We can't wait to see everyone looking colorful in our "Classy Cowboy" theme! 🤍

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 4:45 PM. Processionals will begin promptly at 5 PM, followed by cocktail hour. This timing allows our guests to enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunset while we complete our wedding portraits before joining everyone to celebrate.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly request that you respect our guest list as it is carefully curated to create an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends. Due to venue restrictions and budget considerations, we cannot extend additional plus-one invitations. Thank you for understanding our wedding vision.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Desert View. We kindly ask that guests do not leave vehicles overnight, so please plan your transportation thoughtfully and enjoy the celebration responsibly.

We will have a Taco Bar styled dinner with several options to accommodate our gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan guests.
