The Perez Art Museum is right on the water in Downtown Miami and next to a park. There are restaurants, areas to walk, and good views! We recommend ordering a bottle of wine and sitting on the back steps after viewing the museum. You may see dolphins!
The "Art District" of Miami. Great restaurants, bars, and street art. On Saturday there is a food market called Smorgasbord. Some of our favorite restaurants and bars in the area are Doya, Cowey Burger, Joe's Pizza, Gramps, and Cerveceria La Tropical.
A beautiful museum/mansion to spend a few hours exploring. Also located right on the water, it is a great place for photos!
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is botanic garden with extensive collections of rare tropical plants including palms, cycads, flowering trees, vines, and a butterfly sanctuary. It is one of the most diverse botanical gardens in the country.
