What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue by 5:45 for a 6:00 pm ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is perfect. If you aren't familiar please consider dressing somewhat "formal" (button-down with optional jacket and/or tie for guys; dresses and such for gals).

Unfortunately we aren't able to welcome young children to this venue for this occasion

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Courtyard River North, see our Travel/Accommodations section for the details and booking instructions. Please note that currently face masks are required to check in and keep the staff safe.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our catering company is able to accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g. vegans, vegetarians, etc.). Please let us know through your RSVP if you would like to make a special dietary request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue, but if you plan to enjoy the open bar please plan to take our shuttle or use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft to get home safely.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from our designated hotel to and from the ceremony and reception which are both held at Artifact Events. If you plan to stay elsewhere please plan extra time to use a rideshare or public transportation.

Why are you asking for Covid-19 vaccination information?

Answer

In order to ensure a safe and fun event for everyone we are requesting that all guests who are eligible be vaccinated by the celebration.
