How We Met
It all started with a few swipes on Bumble. After a handful of messages, we skipped the small talk and dove straight into a first date. The night kicked off with wine and cheese, turned into a mini adventure with a disposable camera, included fried Oreos, and ended with a nightcap at Death & Co. Somewhere between the impromptu photoshoot and the cocktails, we realized there was something special brewingâand it wasnât just the drinks.
The Proposal
Casey had no idea what was comingâjust 15 minutes before, we were browsing at T.J.Maxx like it was any other day (thankfully she couldn't find the candle section). But then, in the heart of Central Park, everything changed. Tucked under Pinebank Arch, she said yes. A quick subway ride and a whirlwind photoshoot later, we were swept into an unforgettable celebration with our family and friends. It was magical, unexpected, and exactly as Steven had planned.

Yeah, we know haha It'll be a packed weekend in the city, with lots of extra excitement! The running portion of the race goes right down Front St through the center of downtown. Expect blockages and travel complications if you are driving on Saturday! In 2024 any closed streets seemed to open by 5pm, 8pm latest. We hope you'll stay and enjoy the city with us and plan to leave Sunday
