Vow Renewal

Steven and I were high school sweethearts, after graduation he went on to join the United States Marine Corps. He graduated bootcamp in October of 2010 and while at home on his leave afterwards he asked me to marry him. We decided to keep things simple and we chose to get married once he got stationed in Jacksonville North Carolina. It was just the 2 of us, our photographer and a random lady to be a witness. People thought we were crazy, but here we are 10 years later and ready to have a celebration of our beautiful marriage with all of our family and friends! Most vow renewals are kept pretty simple, which we will also be doing, but we will also be adding in a few normal wedding traditions since we didn't have them when we got married in the courthouse. We will have a wedding party, rehearsals, music and dancing and all the other fun stuff. This is even more special to us because we will get to be doing it all at our very own farm on our 10.5 acres. We always dreamed of having a rustic wedding at/in a barn and now we get to do that very thing in the comfort of our own home. This is so fun to us and we can't wait to celebrate our 10 years of marriage with you all.
