We ask that you dress Semi-Formal for the ceremony and reception. ***Please keep in mind it will be very cold during the outdoor ceremony (which will last between 15-25 minutes). Be sure to bring a coat and shoes that will keep your toes warm.***

When you RSVP through the website, the portal will tell you exactly who is invited and if you are allotted a guest.

Kids are welcome. Please use your own discretion on whether or not you think they will disturb the short ceremony. If so, the couple asks that you do stay back in the lodge and join us for the reception shortly after.
Yes, there is free parking offered by the lodge where the ceremony and reception are taking place.
Please visit the Travel tab on our wedding website for more information on lodging. If you do decide to stay at the Retreat at Mount Charleston, your room will be located just a short walk from the ceremony and reception hall.
You will need to provide your own transportation if you stay anywhere other than The Retreat on Charleston Peak - the wedding venue.
When you log into the RSVP tab on the wedding website using your name, it will automatically show any events that you need to RSVP to.
The ceremony is currently estimated to begin around 3pm, but this could change once we get closer to the date, depending on the sunset and lighting. Please check back for more info as the wedding day approaches.
