Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please indicate if you will be celebrating with us no later than Monday, May 15, 2023. Our vendors require us to provide head-counts by this date, and any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a "no." Thank you for your understanding.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a traditional registry. We have created a "Future Family" fund to help us with the next steps of growing our family together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will being at 3:00 PM. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony in order to park and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal and cocktail. Please come however you feel the most comfortable. We just want your there to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block dedicated to our guests at the Hilton Garden Inn Toledo. We have reserved a select number of rooms, so please book your stay as soon as possible. We will try to add more rooms to the block as needed, however it is not guaranteed, and we want to be assured that you get them first. Click on the "Travel" tab to book your room.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be serving alcohol and want to make sure everyone gets back safely. For transportation to and from the hotel, T-Town Caddy will be available. For quick transportation please contact them at 419-901-4041.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact us at kissbalazswedding@gmail.com or mark on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. We will speak with our caterer to help with any dietary needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Venues offers easily accessible parking just steps away from the venue for their guests. Handicap spaces are also available for those guests in need. There is additional parking in the rear of the building off of Collingwood Boulevard. However, that lot is gated and locked at the end of the evening. If you are planning on leaving your car at the Venues overnight, be sure to park in the front lot off of South St. Clair Street.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciated that you might want to snap some pictures, we ask that you honor our 'unplugged' ceremony. We will make sure to share lots of pictures with you after the wedding! At the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos to remember the fun had at our celebration!
