Though our story began online, we quickly decided to meet in person at the Most Magical Place on Earth, Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. We both figured if all else fails, at least we'd have fun in the park! Luckily, it didn't take long for sparks to fly. We made inside jokes while waiting in line for Big Thunder Mountain and held hands for the first time riding the people mover. Ashley especially loved beating Steven at Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger ride. Neither of us wanted the night to end so we took the ferry ride back to the transportation center and walked to our cars, instead of taking the tram. Best. First Date. EVER.

On a little mini road trip to Tampa, we decided to stop at Disney Springs and parked in our favorite parking garage, the Lime garage. Before exiting the car, a very nervous Steven surprised Ashley with the most gorgeous Ruby Marquise Ring and a very important question. Of course Ashley said yes, and we proceeded to go into Disney Springs and get a photo in front of the parking garage!! But wait, there's more! After the surprise proposal of the century, Ashley realized she never had the "down on one knee" moment and causally mentioned so to Steven. He did not want Ashley to feel like she missed out on an experience so while touring a potential wedding venue, he decided to RE-PROPOSE on one knee with a necklace and a "will you stay engaged to me?". Of course Ashley said yes AGAIN and sure enough, that very venue is the one we selected to celebrate our wedding!
