Your Guide to Lake Tahoe

Welcome to Lake Tahoe! We want this trip to be a vacation for you - come and see the magic and beauty Lake Tahoe has to offer. Make this a trip you wont forget! The area offers hiking, swimming, waterfalls, breweries, fine dining, casinos, gondola rides, and so much more! All we ask is that you watch us get married and celebrate our special day with us!

Flight

Reno Airport

We recommend flying into Reno because it is the closest airport to Lake Tahoe - about an hour drive. We recommend renting a car for the trip so you have the opportunity to explore beautiful Lake Tahoe, and the surrounding area!

Shuttle

South Tahoe Airporter

September 7, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

If you choose not to rent a car, the South Tahoe Airporter is available. The shuttle runs daily from the Reno Airport to multiple stops in South Lake Tahoe, including many of the Casinos that are just steps away from our reception site! Hotel

Basecamp Tahoe South

This is where our Reception is going to be held! It is 0.4 miles away (8 minute walk) from Lakeside Beach, the site of our wedding ceremony. We will have a room block with a discount code for wedding guests. Note: There are plenty of other hotel options in the area - Basecamp Hotel is a smaller hotel so rooms can fill up quickly.

Other Overnight Accommodations

South Lake Tahoe has plenty of other Hotel options to choose from. There are several large Casinos with hotel rooms if you are feeling lucky (Harvey's and Harrah's are a 4 minute walk from Basecamp). Or, you can cozy up in a nearby lodge or cabin rental. All options can be found by doing a simple Google search.
