Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no guest parking available at Ko Olina Chapel Place of Joy. We strongly suggest for you to arrange a van or bus for your guests. There are 2 handicap stalls available, first come first served. Parking near by Ko Olina Chapel Place of Joy ・Parking at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa $12 per hour, $37 per day (prices are subject to change. Please check their website for the latest information https://www.disneyaulani.com/about-aulani/guest-services/ ) ・Public parking by lagoon 1, 2, 3, and 4 are made for the beach users. Parking in these public parking lots is not recommended. Even though there are free public parking available by the lagoons, the parking stalls are very limited and often occupied by beach goers. Also, the walking distance from lagoon 4 parking lot to the chapel is about a 20-30 minute walk. ★The wedding ceremony will start on time, despite the delay of guests using taxi, rental car, or own car. ★Our waiting room for guests will only be available 45 min prior to the wedding ceremony time. Guests will be asked to wait outside before the waiting room is available. Please ask one of our wedding planners for your designated time. ★Please give yourself time to spare to make sure you are not late to the assemble time.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

No formal events besides the wedding and reception. We’ll be in Hawaii and hope to hear from everyone, but no planned meetups yet. That may change once people arrive.
