How we met

Steve planned to propose to Amalia in New York City at the Empire State Building the weekend of Sept 25th, 2021. Amalia refused to go since Steve decided to drive to NYC instead of flying and backed out of the plan altogether. Steve managed to improvise with his plan of course! Upon arriving back to Chicago, he asked Amalia to visit the observatory at the John Hancock building in downtown Chicago for a casual day date. Steve proposed in the 360 Tilt room in the Observatory (in front of everyone!)  
Amalia said, "yes!"
