Scott is Steven's dad and he has moved heaven and earth to be with his son. His mentorship and guidance was and is important for Steven. Scott enjoys being a part time farmer caring for goats & chickens and he takes great joy from the simple pleasures of a good nap and delicious food.

Brooke and Alyssa have been inseparable since freshman year of college at the US Merchant Marine Academy. "Inseparable" in spirit, anyways. Their adventures have spanned the globe, but they never felt far apart in heart.

Sara is Alyssa's closest friend from high school. They try not to do the math on how long they've been friends, but suffice it to say it's over half their lives. They text every day about everything. Alyssa can't imagine her life without Sara in it.

Toniann is the oldest of Steve's two sisters. She’s currently studying Political Science with a minor in Psychology at American University. She’s kind, loving, and, according to Steve, has GREAT taste in video games.

The youngest of Steve’s two sisters, when Bella isn’t at school, she spends her free time enjoying Korean dramas and Minecraft. Bella has clear goals and always works hard to achieve them. Above all, she is kind, full of love, and we love being with her.

Scott is the youngest of Alyssa’s two brothers. He and Steve hit it off immediately when they found out they both love video games and anime. Scott is incredibly insightful and has a great sense of humor. He's always there for us and always happy to come by for Steve's cooking.

The oldest of Alyssa’s two brothers, Chris is always there for us, ready to help and definitely to make us laugh. He's both one of the funniest people we know and the most heartfelt. Also, he has zero shame on the dance floor. Enjoy.

Jessie Elizabeth and Alyssa met sailing together in college. She's also the person who first convinced Alyssa to run a half marathon. It took some doing, but they've run countless races together over the years and have the pictures and medals to prove it!

Karissa and Alyssa met on day one of Intelligence Officer training at Goodfellow Air Force Base. After braving exercises and instructors together, their friendship stuck across bases and countries! Alyssa is at least a little bit responsible for Karissa's coffee addiction but doesn't feel even a little bad about it.
