5:00 PM – Guests arrive at Costa Linda Beach Resort 5:30 PM – Wedding ceremony begins 6:00 PM – Photos with the newlyweds & group pictures 6:30 PM – Cocktail hour with drinks & hors d'oeuvres 8:00 PM – Head to a nearby bar (close to the cruise terminal) for drinks & dancing 9:30 PM – Cruising guests and newlyweds return to the ship for 10:00 PM departure

Beach Semi-Formal The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the sand, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear and attire for a beachfront celebration!

Transportation

Answer

We are arranging a shuttle service for our guests arriving by cruise to make travel to and from the wedding as smooth as possible. Pickup: Shuttles will transport guests from the cruise terminal to Costa Linda Beach Resort before the ceremony. Return: After the celebration and bar outing, shuttles will bring guests back to the cruise terminal in time for boarding. 🕒 Exact pickup and drop-off times are TBD and pending final confirmation with the shuttle company. We will share updated details as soon as they are confirmed! Thank you for your patience—we’ve got you covered!

What if I haven’t RSVP’d yet or confirmed where I’m staying?

Answer

To help us finalize headcounts with our vendors, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP and confirm their travel plans (either hotel or cruise) by October 3, 2025. If we have not received your RSVP and confirmed lodging details by this date, we will assume you are not attending and you will not be included in the final guest count. We truly wish we could accommodate everyone last-minute, but due to strict deadlines from our venue and vendors in Aruba, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Wedding Gift FAQ

Q: Can we bring our wedding gift to Aruba? A: We kindly ask that you do not bring any physical gifts with you to Aruba. Since we’ll be traveling with lots of luggage, we won’t be able to bring everything back with us. Q: How can we send a gift instead? A: We’ve set up a registry with our Ashburn mailing address linked, so any gifts can be sent directly there. This helps us tremendously and ensures your gift gets safely home! Q: What if we just want to celebrate with you? A: Your presence is the greatest gift of all! We’re so excited to celebrate with you in paradise. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our special day!

Can I bring my children to the event?

Answer

Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that only the children participating in the wedding party attend. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate. We’re excited to celebrate with everyone—kids included—at a more relaxed, family-friendly gathering planned for summer 2026!
