If you are flying, BZN is only a 25 minute drive from the venue! It also has the most direct flights. There will be several of us with vehicles, so don't hesitate to ask for rides!

We have 25 rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Express in Belgrade. This hotel is 7 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the wedding venue. The rooms are available both Friday and Saturday nights. They will close the block of rooms 45 days before, so get your reservation earlier rather than later! This hotel provides airport shuttle service.

They will close the block of rooms on September 9th, so get your reservation earlier rather than later!

Shuttle
October 4, 2025 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
While there is plenty of parking for guests, we will have a shuttle available for those who may have traveled from out of state and so that everyone can celebrate safely! It will depart the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 3:15 PM and then pick up guests at 3:45 PM at the Home2 Suites before dropping off at Firelight Farm at 4:00 PM. The shuttle has limited seats and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

There will be one trip that will bring guests back to the hotel blocks. It will depart right after the last dance at 9:30PM. If you leave your personal vehicle overnight at the venue, it must be picked up no later than 9:00AM on Sunday morning!
