Things To Do
The Salt Lake area is well known for its outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, snow sports in Park City and Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. In the downtown to east area there are many museums, parks, and gardens: Red Butte, Natural History Museum, Children's Museum, Liberty Park (with Tracy Aviary), City Creek, and The Leonardo, to name a few. The Aquarium on the south end of the valley is pretty great too.
Red Butte Gardens has a free admission day Friday for Arbor day!!
