1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Please arrive and check in to your onsite cabin, motel, or hotel and then make your way to Deerwoode Reserve's Mayes Event Center Pavilion. The Bride and Groom look forward to a weekend of celebration with you, starting Friday afternoon! Steve and Sara Lynn will be welcoming guests staying at the Reserve from 1-2pm. That said, please travel safely and arrive as you are able.
Meet and Greet

Group Scavenger Hunt

It's important to the Bride and Groom that all of their friends and family truly get to know each other. What better way than a group scavenger hunt! Friday afternoon, participating guests will meet at the Mayes Event Center Pavilion and break out into eight teams, embarking on a scavenger hunt across the Reserve.
Friday Night Cookout and Campfire
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Casual Attire
Join Steve, Sara Lynn, and their families following the rehearsal for Friday Night Cookout! Hosted outside the Coyote Lodge, guests are encouraged to bring a chair and their favorite beverage, and enjoy an evening around the campfire. - Food provided -

Morning at the Reserve
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
The Bride and Groom invite all onsite guests to enjoy the amenities of Deerwoode Reserve. Enjoy a peaceful nature walk or the ponds where you can canoe, fish, or swim, or grab Steve for a pick-up game of cornhole. For those offsite or interested in exploring off the Reserve, the town of Brevard is only 3-miles away! The local area offers many great opportunities for indoor/outdoor activities, music, arts, and history, or restaurants and breweries.
Bridal Brunch
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Ladies Luncheon Attire! (Dressy Casual)
All of the ladies in attendance to the Pickett-Colley wedding weekend are invited to join a Bridal Shower Bruch for Sara Lynn. The hosts will provide small sandwiches, finger foods, coffee, and a mimosa bar before sharing wedding advice. ***Please bring your favorite recipe to share with the Bride!***
