Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle starting at 4 p.m. and going until midnight. There will be a 25-passenger shuttle for the Hotel on North at 4:00 p.m. pickup and the Yankee Inn at 4:20 p.m. going to Hancock Shaker Village for a 4:45 p.m. drop off. There will be another 25-passenger shuttle to run loops starting at 4:00 p.m. (3 loops) from the Best Western for people staying there and the people from the Airbnb’s can park at the Best Western and take the shuttle from there. Both shuttles will remain on-site and will transport guests back to their stays as they wish to leave.

Is there gathering spot on Friday night?

Answer

Yes, for guests arriving on Friday there will be a meeting spot at the Hotel on North bar in downtown Pittsfield following the rehearsal dinner. Feel free to come grab and drink and say hi!

What are the Covid-19 restrictions?

Answer

Our venue is following CDC guidelines for the state of Massachusetts. Right now there are no restrictions since the wedding is outdoors. In the case of rain it would only affect the ceremony, so in that case we would keep everyone updated, but there are no indoor mask mandates currently. Please stay safe in the days leading up to the wedding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual, but make sure you are comfortable! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are outside and at points guests will need to walk on grassy areas.
