Free time between ceremony and reception

1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Our private ferries to the reception leave from Slip 6 at Battery Park. You can get there from the ceremony at Fordham on the 4 train from Fordham Road, by car/Uber, or take the Metro North to Grand Central Station and the 4/6 train from there. Additionally, public ferries run every 40 minutes from 10 South Street to Governors Island where the reception will be held (the last public ferry is at 4:40). Ferry tickets can be booked on govisland.com. There are beautiful parks, views, and activities on the island that guests can enjoy before the reception begins. Tickets are only required for the public ferry, no tickets needed on the private ferries from Slip 6.

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

In order to ensure a safe celebration, we kindly ask all guests be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

This is the last ferry available to the reception and there is no other transit options available. Please do not be late.
