Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Is there a dress code?

Black-Tie Optional What is black tie optional ? Guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for the ceremony at the church. We will have shuttle service from all of the hotels that we have hotel blocks at to the reception so you can leave your cars at the hotel. If you would like to drive to the reception there is also valet at the Westmoreland Club.

How we met?

Answer

Brittany's best friend from college/roommate in NYC and old co-worker of Steve's, Jamie, couldn't meet up with him for drinks while he was in NYC for the evening. Jamie thought it would be a great idea to introduce "two people from Pennsylvania". Brittany never a fan of blind dates (or surprises)... decided why not? Her best friend would never introduce her to someone she wouldn't like. After a few drinks, dinner and a few hours of (Steve...lol) talking they both knew that this was the start of something special. The next few years included many trips to Maryland, along with fun times with friends and family.
