Why can't I RSVP anymore?

Answer

RSVPs are now disabled and we'll have to mark anyone who hasn't responded as decline. We had to set a deadline so we know how many people are coming for catering and seating purposes. We hope we've given everyone who is able to make it enough time to arrange it and RSVP, we appreciate everyone who has - it's tough to make catering arrangements without them. It'll be important to note that the final RSVP count is being sent to our caterers, so if you haven't RSVPed and still plan to join us for the ceremony, we won't be able to accommodate you for dinner. Again, it's the seating and catering that makes the RSVPs important. Thanks again

What do I wear?

Our event's dress code is dressy casual. The priority is to dress for the weather and for the venue's rustic terrain! The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside the barn.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Dinner will be a catered buffet with a variety of drink options -- both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Please note that the venue prohibits guests from bringing their own alcohol.

Where's your registry?

Answer

We have not registered for gifts. We understand it’s not local for many people attending which usually implies lodging. Don’t think you have to give us gifts too, just come and enjoy yourselves.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) at the Wilderness Wedding Barn in Bigfork, MN. The reception will take place at the same location, just a short walk away inside the barn.

What should I know about Wilderness Wedding Barn?

Answer

The barn is not air-conditioned, but the venue does provide five portable cooling units in case of warm temperatures. Free parking is available on-site.
