We’re planning a weekend full of celebration, fun, and good company! Kick things off with a casual Friday night welcome cocktail party, main event on Saturday and a wrap up Sunday brunch. Stay tuned for more details as we finalize the weekend festivities.
The ceremony will be at Saint Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Church in New London, Connecticut, followed by the reception at Weekapaug Inn in Westerly, Rhode Island.
Both the ceremony and reception are indoors, but if the weather cooperates, we’ll also enjoy the outdoor lawn! Plan your shoes and layers accordingly.
The ceremony is planned to begin around 2:00 PM (we’re still finalizing). The reception will follow right after.
Get ready for something special! Expect beautiful traditions, a few symbolic rituals (like the couple wearing crowns), and lots of joy. Dress nicely, follow along, and don’t worry, the real fun starts at the reception with dancing, toasts, and amazing food! 💃🥂
Dress to celebrate!
Yes! There will be parking available at both the church and the reception.
There isn’t a hotel block, but if you’d like to stay at the Weekapaug Inn, they’ll offer their best available rates — just mention you’re a guest of our wedding. You can also check out the Travel tab for other recommended accommodations, and Airbnb is always a great option too!
We suggest Stonington, Mystic, or Westerly. All are close to the venues and charming coastal towns with great restaurants, shops, and fun things to explore.

Yes — there aren’t convenient public transportation options in the area.
Car service is limited and ride-share can be unreliable with long wait times, so we recommend arranging a rental car or carpooling if possible. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
