When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The earlier the better, but please let us know by May 30th at the latest!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Between 2:45-3:20pm. The ceremony will be starting at 3:30!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress for the weather as current plans are for the majority of the event to be taking place outside. It is summer in the Okanagan so expect heat, but be prepared for anything. Flat shoes are recommended as the property has some steep hills and the ceremony and other events will have you walking on grass, gravel, and possibly sand if you venture down to the beach.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is parking above the property (it will be well marked) and along the road. Carpooling is recommended as there is limited parking. Plus, we want you to party the night away with us!

How do I sign up for the shuttle?

Answer

We will be arranging a shuttle to and from the wedding for those interested at a small cost. Please indicate if you would like to reserve space(s) on the shuttle with your RSVP. Details are TBD, based on responses, but it will pick up and drop off at a central location in Kelowna. We will update you closer to the time and confirm if this is still an option you are interested in.

Do I need to bring cash for the bar?

Answer

Yes! Drink tickets will be available for purchase for $2/ticket throughout the cocktail hour and the evening's activities.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

The most important thing is to have you there to celebrate with us on our special day! No gifts are expected, however, if you do wish to give us something we would appreciate cash to go towards a honeymoon and house fund. For those of you that prefer gifting something tangible, we have created a limited gift registry with some things that we would love to add to our home. Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we have included their name on the invite, then they are invited! Because we are keeping our wedding small we ask that you don't bring any unexpected dates. Please contact us if you have someone you want to bring and we will see if we can accomodate. Our beach day is much more open and we would be happy to have extra's then!
