Flight
The nearest airport to the resort is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). We recommend a Thursday, April 16 arrival and a Sunday, April 19 departure. 1. U.S. Citizens do not need a visa to enter Mexico, but do bring your passport and make sure it is up-to-date. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please check your country's visa requirements and make arrangements ASAP! 2. Strangely, rideshares (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.) are not allowed to pick up at the airport. You should book a shuttle service that takes you to and from the airport; check websites such as Viator/TripAdvisor for reputable transportation companies. We used Grey Line Los Cabos last July (a relatively cheaper option). If you and someone you know are arriving at a similar or the same time, feel free to coordinate shared shuttles.
Hotel
This hotel is an all-inclusive resort that a majority of the guests will stay in - the venue is at a separate location (Acre Restaurant & Resort for those curious). Food, drinks, accommodations, and activities are included within the room rate. 1. We have a hotel block which will allow you to book rooms at a discounted rate (see website for potential room types; book through the Hyatt website using code LUCUIWED). For more details on the nightly rate per room type, feel free to contact us. 1B. EDIT: Since the hotel rooms were selling out so fast, we reserved 10 of the cheapest room levels. If you are looking for the cheapest room level available as of October 25 (Junior Suite Ocean View), please message us and we can put your name down. 2. We recommend booking *ASAP* to ensure room availability. In addition, you will NOT be able to use this code after Monday, March 2, 2026. 3. Most guests will be staying for 3 nights (Thursday, April 16 - Sunday, April 19). If you are only able to stay less than 3 nights, please contact us. 4. We will also be hosting a private welcome party at the resort. Please note that if you choose to stay elsewhere, the resort charges a fee for entry for the private welcome party. 5. Hotel rates are per person, per night. This rate is much lower for doubles. If someone you know is attending, reach out to coordinate accordingly. If you want to room with someone but don't necessarily have someone specific in mind, reach out to us and we will be happy to coordinate! If you are definitely sure you want to book a single, please message us since those are limited. 6. Check-in time is 3 PM; however, if you get there earlier, you can store your luggage with the bellhop and explore the resort, have a meal or a drink, etc. (but you can't access your room until 3 PM). Check-out time is 12 PM.
