Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress semi-formally. We will be outdoors & oceanfront; be prepared for a breeze. The ceremony takes place in the grass & there is a 5 minute walk via a sidewalk between the ceremony and reception locations.

Is there transportation to/from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided. App-based car services are available for your use. Some hotels in the village of Del Mar are within walking distances from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is not provided at the ceremony or reception venues There are a number of options:  Seagrove Parking Lot, located on Coast Blvd. across the street from the Powerhouse Park and the Community Center. This location takes credit cards or cash.  Under the L'Auberge Inn, located off of 15th street, on the north side, just east of the post office. This location has Pay and Display Parking Machine on the easternmost wall which accepts Visa or MasterCard payment.  Meters on Coast Blvd. These Meters take credit cards, debit cards or coins.  Free Parking in the residential areas north of the Del Mar Motel.  Free Parking at the City Parking Lot at Camino Del Mar and 11th Street.  Local Guests can stay in the nearby Hotels, and walk or take a short cab ride to the Parks, Beaches and Community Center.
