What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding mass will start at four in the afternoon. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early to get settled. There will be a reception in the parish life center directly following the mass.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi‑formal attire is encouraged. Our ceremony will take place in a church that follows a modesty policy, so we ask that shoulders are covered and that outfits offer modest neckline coverage.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is very limited parking in the church lot on Chapman Street and many spaces are reserved for handicap accommodations. The school parking lot on South Tremont Drive will be closed for summer camp. Ample street parking can be found around the neighborhood.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

On Saturday, June 20th, our parish is hosting the St. John the Baptist Summer Festival. There will be live music, lawn games for children, and a whole roast pig! All are very welcome to attend.
