Answer

We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, off-white, beige, or champagne dresses to prevent any potential confusion in photographs and to ensure special attire remains distinctive. (AKA… I don’t have a dress yet… please don’t limit me on options lol 😅)

If you've received an invitation and have a significant other we may have missed, we'd love to hear from you. We've made every effort to include long-term partners in our guest list, and we're happy to discuss your situation.

We're delighted to help you find the perfect place to stay! We've compiled a curated list of hotel recommendations on our travel page, and we're always happy to offer personalized suggestions based on your preferences. As locals, we have plenty of insights about the best neighborhoods and hidden gems—don't hesitate to reach out. If you're considering a house rental, there are lovely options available during that time of year. However, do keep in mind that our wedding falls on Labor Day weekend, when accommodations tend to book up quickly due to peak holiday travel season and New England's beautiful late-summer weather. We'd recommend securing your lodging sooner rather than later to ensure you have your first choice.

We haven't reserved a hotel block, so you're welcome to choose accommodations that best suit your preferences and needs.

Yes, children are absolutely welcome—we've thoughtfully planned for them! We're thrilled to have Bailey join us and look forward to celebrating with families of all ages. We're also happy to recommend a few trusted sitters if you'd like some adult time to enjoy the evening. We can't wait to capture precious moments with the little ones and share in the joy of our special day together.

Yes, we'll have a fully stocked bar available for our guests. We do ask that everyone be mindful and respectful, as we'll have family members of all ages celebrating with us.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We've thoughtfully decided to forgo a traditional registry. Your presence and love on our special day mean infinitely more to us than any material gift. For those traveling near and far to celebrate with us, we would be deeply touched by heartfelt cards and messages of love, encouragement, and wisdom—treasures we'll cherish long after our wedding day. For those who truly wish to give a physical item, we will have a very minimal list of items needed in our home.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, our celebration will be magical! We've arranged a fully enclosed venue to keep everyone comfortable, so weather won't be a concern. While we recommend bringing an umbrella or jacket as a precaution, our wedding will proceed seamlessly, preserving all the joy and excitement of our special day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is widely available in the large lot just outside the venue, though we kindly suggest carpooling or using ridesharing services to ensure safety. We will prioritize parking closest to the party for guests with accessibility needs and those pregnant and/or traveling with young children. Thank you for your understanding ❤️

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please complete both of the following: visit the dedicated RSVP page on our wedding website, and mail back the RSVP card and menu selection card included with your invitation. We kindly request that you submit your responses by June 30th, 2026, to help us finalize our arrangements. Your prompt confirmation is greatly appreciated and essential to our planning. Please note that any invitations not received by this date will be marked as a decline of attendance.

Can I take pictures during the event?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We would love to look back fondly at the memories of this day without phones in our photographs or blocking our loved ones faces… We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Is the venue handicapped accessible?

Answer

Our venue is fully handicapped accessible, featuring a dedicated ramp entrance and private accessible restrooms. We selected this space with intention, ensuring comfort for all our guests regardless of age or mobility level. You'll find ample soft seating throughout the event area, convenient ramps at the entrance, and spacious bathrooms designed for accessibility. Moms will also have access to a designated private room for diapering and feeding.

We'd love to welcome you at 5pm! Please arrive by this time to make the most of cocktail hour—a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with loved ones and meet new friends. We'll be circulating throughout the hour to ensure we can socialize with each of you and we're so looking forward to celebrating with you!
