What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive to the church by 2:30 to give time to get settled.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The Ballroom at the Ben is located within the Benjamin Franklin House at the corner of Ninth and Chestnut Streets. The entrance to the ballroom is on the Ninth street side of the building between Sansom and Chestnut Streets.

Is there parking available near the Ballroom at the Ben?

Answer

Complimentary self parking is available in the lot directly across the street from the venue. The address of the lot is 904 Chestnut Street, it is between Sansom and Chestnut Streets with a large green "Park" sign. Parking will be open at 4:30 PM until 1:30 AM.

Is there parking available at St. John the Evangelist?

Answer

While there is no parking available, there are many public lots

Need parking before the 4:30 complimentary lot opens up?

Answer

There are multiple parking garages within walking distance to the church, the closest being the the Wanamaker Garage at 1301 Chestnut St. If you park here or at another garage you can move your car to the complimentary Ballroom at the Ben lot after the church ceremony.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at any Hotels?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the Accommodations tab for more info. The Wedding Party will be staying at the Loews hotel

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle from the Loews Hotel to the Church or the reception. Please use uber or walk down the short distance from 13th & Chestnut Street to the venue at 9th & Chestnut Street.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Cocktail Attire is recommended but we won't be kicking anyone out if they are most comfortable in Crocs.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

What time does the Reception End? Is there an after party?

Answer

The wedding will end at 10:30 PM. There will be an after party immediately following at the Ballroom at the Ben until 12:30 AM.
